These Terms of Service (“Terms”), dated as of the date listed above (the “Effective Date”) govern any access or use of any website, performance of any auto detailing and coating services, and engagement with any content (together, “Services”) provided by Logan’s Auto Detailing & Coating (“We” or “Us”), and you and any entity you represent (“You”). By accessing and using the Services, You signify Your agreement with these Terms. If You do not agree with the Terms, You should not use the Services. If findings are deemed excessive for technicians to clean, additional fees may be incurred for the client to pay with their permission. Things like tar, sap, roadspray, fur, sand, bodily fluids, makeup, sunscreen, or food in an area cumulatively larger than the size of the technician’s fist.
1. Our Services
- We provide interior detailing, exterior detailing, paint correction, paint protection film (ppf), Icon Rocklear, and ceramic coating services. Cleaning, correction, protection, and consultation and training services. Specific details and price for each service are provided on the relevant webpages and during the online booking process.
- Icon Rocklear: Results are permanent and may vary depending on certain factors. It is natural to see a raised surface after installation. Like a clear coat, a liquid is applied that dries and hardens. Perfection doesn’t exist but our certified technicians will get as close to as possible given the condition and nature of paintwork. Fix your paint issues prior. Let the clear coat cure for at least 30 days before icon install if applicable. Don’t wash the car for one week after installation. Don’t polish paint for 60 days post install.
2. Booking and Payment
- Price Estimates: All prices listed are estimates and may vary based on the size and condition of Your vehicle. Extra charges may apply for heavily soiled or contaminated vehicles.price may change w permission of client in a given range or exact figure before starting or completing the job.
- Booking Requirements: To book Services, You must give Us accurate contact information, including Your name, email address, and phone number. $50 deposit for ceramics and paint correction, $200 deposit for icon rocklear per vehicle.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of Services. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, checks, and card payments. We charge an additional fee for card transactions. Square processor charges addistional fees up to X%
- Cancellation Policy: If You need to reschedule or cancel a booking, please contact Us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Or forfeit of deposit.
3. Your Responsibilities Before Services
- Personal Items: Before Services, please remove all personal items from Your vehicle. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items left in Your vehicle. We put all personal belongings and things that look like trash together in a plastic bag into the trunk.
- Authorized Pickup: If You wish to authorize a person other than You to pick up Your vehicle, you must give Us the authorized person’s contact information, including such person’s name, email address, and phone number. Photo ID required.
- Inspection and Walk-Through: Before Services, We will conduct a walk-through of Your vehicle to inspect and document any defects, damages, or hazards present. You must notify Us of any such defects, damages, or hazards not otherwise identified during the walk-through. Delicate or deteriorated areas should be pointed out to technician. Metallic fallout bound to metal requires sanding to be removed, clay will not work.
- Vehicle Condition: You represent and warrant that: (1) Your vehicle is in good condition, fit for Services, and has been maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations; (2) You have had the drivetrain, suspension, and brakes of Your vehicle checked within the previous six months by a duly-licensed professional mechanic; (3) Your insurance policy meets applicable law relating to automobile insurance minimum coverage requirements for bodily injury, death, and property damage; and (4) upon request, You will provide Us with proof of valid insurance and registration. Except where prohibited by law, You shall require Your insurer to waive all rights of subrogation against Us and Our insurers. We have a good $3M garage keepers insurance policy.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- You hereby grant Us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to capture, use, reproduce, modify (including to create derivative works), publish, and display any photographic or videographic content taken during the Services, including any content that may contain Your vehicle license plate information. This license includes, but is not limited to, use for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes on Our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You acknowledge that no further consent, notification, or compensation will be provided for such use.
- All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, patent disclosures, and inventions (whether patentable or not), trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, know-how, and other confidential information, trade dress, trade names, logos, corporate names, and domain names, together with all of the goodwill associated therewith, derivative works, and all other rights (collectively, “Intellectual Property Rights”) in and to all documents, work product, and other materials that are delivered to You under these Terms or prepared by or on behalf of Us in the course of performing the Services shall be owned by Us. You may not use or reproduce any Intellectual Property Rights without Our prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
15 year warranty for icon rocklear on the product maintaining its integrity and protection ability. This includes Delamination, peeling and/or premature fading due to product failure for a period of 15 years.
- IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, OR PROFIT OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE WAS FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
- IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE AGGREGATE AMOUNTS PAID OR PAYABLE TO US PURSUANT TO THE APPLICABLE STATEMENT OF WORK PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
6. Limited Warranty
15 year warranty for Icon Rocklear on the product maintaining its integrity and protection ability. This includes delamination, peeling and/or premature fading due to product failure for a period of 15 years.
- We warrant that We will perform the Services in a timely and workmanlike manner in accordance with generally recognized, commercially reasonable industry standards for similar services. While We strive for high-quality Services, results may vary based on the condition and age of Your vehicle.
- Our sole and exclusive liability and Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this limited warranty shall be reperformance of the affected services; provided, that if We cannot cure such breach within a reasonable time, We may, in Our sole discretion, refund to Your some or all fees paid by You as of the date of termination for the Services.
- WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES EXCEPT FOR THAT PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION 6. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
7. Changes to the Terms
- We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be posted on this page with the effective date. We also may notify You of significant changes to these Terms via SMS or email. Irrespective of whether such notification occurs, Your continued use of Our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes Your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. General
- These Terms, and all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, whether sounding in contract, tort, or statute, are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, United States of America (including its statutes of limitations), without giving effect to the conflict of laws provisions thereof to the extent such principles or rules would require or permit the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of California.
- Either party may institute any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms in the federal or state courts in each case located in LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA. EACH PARTY HEREBY IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY: (A) CONSENTS AND SUBMITS TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE AFOREMENTIONED COURTS; (B) WAIVES ANY OBJECTION TO THAT CHOICE OF FORUM BASED ON VENUE OR TO THE EFFECT THAT THE FORUM IS NOT CONVENIENT; AND (C) WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY.
- These Terms contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties with respect to such subject matter.
- The headings in these Terms are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
- We prefer to have 48 hours minimum for each icon rocklear job
- Each car is subject to pictures and videos for use of marketing
9. SMS Services
- By opting in to receive notifications and promotional SMS from Us, You agree to the following terms and conditions:
- By opting-in, You consent to receive and authorize Us to send You recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages, including appointment reminders and confirmations, at the mobile number You text Us from or used when booking Services. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any Services. You may revoke this consent at any time by replying STOP. After replying or texting STOP, You will receive one additional text message confirming that Your request has been processed. Emails and calls too.
- If You need assistance, text the keyword HELP to the five-digit short code for the program (i.e., the five-digit number from which text messages are being sent) at any time or contact Us as set forth in Section 10 below. If You have any questions about Your text or data plan, contact Your wireless provider.
- Messaging frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

11. Miscellaneous
Some fine tape and/or tape residues of tape, fine streaks of Icon Rocklear, and hardened compound/polish overspray may be left on exterior surfaces/crevices upon picking up Your vehicle, after the job has been completed. They are removable.
We reserve the right to hold Your car as collateral until payment made in full or first installment payment is made.
Like PPF, Icon Rocklear paint correction will have visible thickness and texture visible to the trained eye. In areas where we may apply two or three coats (flat panels of a used vehicle) the probability is higher of seeing the icon rocklear after install, even though it is clear. We recommend having the car lightly sanded and/or buffed two months after install to get the icon to near perfect condition, if it is noticeable from different angles, although the coating is self-leveling.
When Your car leaves Our lot, You are presumed to have inspected it.
Existing rock chip damage or aftermarket crappy paint jobs may result in pitting appearance.
We don’t guarantee zero contamination and we can sand or buff to remove contaminants.
Although We are certified installers with experience in a professional area, there may be some airborne contamination such as hair, lint, or pollen that settles on the coating as it cures. We ensure all panels are free of contamination prior to installation. After installation, we cannot touch the surface for at least 4 hours. During that time is when it may occur. During the 1 month curing stage the coating will bring most or all clearcoat contamination to the surface of the coating.
All prices are subject to change upon initial inspection and during the work of each vehicle. If we come across new findings during the work of the vehicle that would change price, safety, or risk, we will request Your permission before proceeding with the service. Decisions regarding whether a car will need one of Our restorative services to refurbish a vehicle and pass our standards, will also be made in-person by the technician. We do not remove rims or tires or dismantle vehicles for any of Our services.
We do not refurbish rims, window tint, pull dents, or repaint vehicles.
Wheels and rims are terms used interchangeably.
Buffing, polishing, paint correcting, and color correcting are terms used interchangeably.
The type of polisher, pad, and compound/polish used will vary based on the needs of the surface we are restoring to get good results without compromising the integrity of the paintwork. When correcting paint, We work in roughly 3’ by 3’ sections at a time and will make up to 7 slow passes on each section for 1-step paint correction, and a total of up to 12 passes on each panel for 2-step paint correction with up to 10lbs of force. Cars with single-stage paint will be buffed more conservatively, with no guarantee for the outcome.
All deposits are nonrefundable.
The clay bar used on the paintwork will be determined by the level of contamination present.
Length of time a ceramic coating or wax lasts is determined by Your maintenance post-installation.
Ceramic coatings are subject to last longer or shorter than the time stated on the products after installation of the product. After install, wait a week before washing the car. It is not recommended to use drive through car washes. Keep the car dry for 1 day post service. Wash with pH neutral soap, avoid heavy abrasion like clay or polish or hard media or high speed brushes/pads. We recommend maintaining the top layer of ceramic coating with Adam’s graphene boost spray post wash. Keep your car covered. Don’t let excessive contamination build up on the surface. Wipe away bird poop as soon as you can, especially the white kind. Ceramic coatings create a hydrophobic barrier but do not guarantee a non-stick surface. Liquids that fall from above such as bird feces or sap are still likely to rest and harden atop a coating. Do not apply way, sealants, or glazes on top of a ceramic coating.
We use Adam’s Polishes brand 7-year multisurface graphene coating for paint, rubbers, metals, and glass.
We do not offer car “washes”.
Ceramic coating or Icon Rocklear recommended after detailing or correcting paint on exterior.
Some interiors may require multiple details to get back to near factory condition.
12. Customer Responsibilities
- Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in a condition suitable for our services. Extra charges may apply for heavily soiled or contaminated vehicles.
- Personal Items: Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before service. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

- You agree not to:
- Use the website or services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our website’s functionality.
- Post or transmit any harmful content, including viruses or malicious software.
- Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business.
14. Limitation of Liability
- Logan’s Auto Detailing & Coating is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our services, website, or content. While we strive for high-quality service, results may vary based on the condition and age of the vehicle.

16. Governing Law
- These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in USA
